Our overall footprint is around 20' x 20' to fit all performers, instruments, and sound system components with some room to move on stage.  We have been known to make do with smaller spaces when needed,  so please let us know about your venue and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

A stage is definitely something that we recommend, but not necessarily a requirement.

A stage will increase the overall aesthetic and visibility of the band for everyone in the room, as well as define the space between the equipment and the dance floor (which is always a good idea).  We are certainly happy to play on the crowd level if a stage is not an option at your venue.

*For outdoor venues such as tents, we will require to be on a dry and level surface to facilitate our equipment. This may be a stage, deck, or concrete floor/pad.

Our shows usually consist of three 45+ minute sets, though sometimes it makes more sense to do 2 longer sets at 65-70 minutes each.  This amount of playtime fits perfectly into a 3 to 4 hour entertainment slot and allows for fluctuations in the event's schedule as needed. 

If you would like a longer performance, an additional (4th) set is also available, please inquire.

We keep the tunes pumping through an iPod while on break to keep the party in motion.  You can supply an iPod with songs of your choice, or leave it to us to supply a playlist while off stage.

Absolutely!  We are more than happy to learn and arrange your first dance song as needed, please note we'll require some advanced notice to do so.  As for other material, please feel free to send special requests as we're always adding to our repertoire and will certainly give them consideration.  If not possible for live performance, we can ensure the song(s) are part of the off-stage playlist.

At a minimum we need 4 wall outlets on separate breakers, but more is always better than less when it comes to power.  This is a detail we will work with the venue and planners on to ensure there is sufficient power for the performance with no surprises.

We ask for at least 3 hours minimum to accomplish load-in, setup, and soundcheck before curtains (guest arrival).  Whenever possible we like to have access to the venue as early as possible to make everything happen and deal with any venue specific details.  Every event and venue is different, and our policy is to have everything set and ready to go well in advance of your guests.

Please note that if a stage is being installed at your venue, this will need to be up and ready prior to our arrival.

We will provide a dedicated wireless microphone for all speeches and announcements, as well as have our sound technician on site to handle levels and fading the music in and out.
